Return & Refund Policy

Mahalo for supporting Honolulu Pickleball!

Every item we sell is printed especially for you after you place your order. Because each product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizes, or changes of mind.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color selections carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once we verify the problem, we'll arrange either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund, when appropriate.

Exchanges

Because every item is custom printed just for you, we cannot offer exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Changing your mind after purchase

If you have questions about sizing before ordering, we're happy to help.

Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.

If production has not yet started, we'll do our best to cancel your order.

Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible because your item is already being made specifically for you.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us.

We'll work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
